Function:
BCRH-15 on-site mixed emulsion explosive vehicle is contained in each bin: water phase, oil phase, sensitizer and latex matrix in the car, that is, emulsification, sensitization and filling are carried out on the vehicle. It is a combination of transportation, mixing and filling, and is suitable for the operation of water-containing blastholes in open pit mines. The advanced computer operating system, the flow of the aqueous phase and the speed of the emulsifier adopt automatic tracking and closed-loop control, stable performance, accurate ratio, safe and reliable. It has a safety guarantee system for over-temperature, over-pressure, and material-break alarm shutdown.
Description:
• Before charging, at ground station, relevant materials should be added into corresponding container in the truck.
• When loading truck comes to job site, start PTO, stretch charging tube into bottom of the hole, input explosive load on counter and press start button. Then, each preparation and mixing unit begins to work. Slowly raise charging tube. Explosive is charged below water, and water is discharged from hole. After charging, move to the next hole, repeat the above procedure, and charge the next hole.
• Charging effectiveness 200-280kg/min.
• Currently, there are 5 specifications, 8T, 12T, 15T, 20T, 25T.
• Measurement error ≤ ± 2%
Emulsified explosive truck with on-site mixing loading of NCHR line can mix pure emulsion explosives and series emulsion explosive with 30% of dry mix at most on-site. The preparation of aqueous phase, oil phase and sensitizer is operated on ground station, while latex matrix emulsion can be completed on the ground, or in truck. Dry material mixture and sensitization is conducted in truck.
